LOL . . . I've never seen a group of people that are more self congratulatory.
I doubt the Big 12 had any real intention of staying at 10, but rather were just waiting to see how all the business dealings of the post season played out.
I don't know. Of all the things that "The Dude" has reported, the one piece that I actually believe is the total mumped up disagreeable state on whether/how to expand amongst the schools.
Okay, but that's gets overblown by people like the Tigerboard respects (one example) who want to paint a picture that the only conference that has internal disagreements is the Big 12 and all the other major conferences are nothing but internal mutual admiration societies.
But we've already seen the BiG/Pac-12 alliance blow up months after it was started, and there's plenty of snipping inside the SEC about the 14 team scheduling .
The Dude has covered every possible angle of his exposed a$$ at this juncture.
