I could see Iowa state coming out flat on Tuesday after their monumental (in their minds) win.  If we can capitalize early and build up a decent lead (huge if since we are serially poor starters) we might be able to hang on.

Iowa State is a terrible defensive and rebounding team. I think Naz Long and Monte Morris are in some kind of competition to see who can be the worst defender in cbb history.  The key to stopping them is to limit their transition game (make shots and limit turnovers, two things were terribly inconsistent at).

Sorry if you actually think morris is one of the worst defenders in the nation than you are an idiot.  Morris is our best on ball defender and maybe one of the best in the conference. Do you even watch basketball outside of k st games?

If Morris is the best you've got, that would help to explain the #113 overall defensive ranking while giving up nearly 70 ppg.

The only people I would even characterize as defenders on your team are hogue and mckay. Your guards are garbage defenders.

Two Superbowls in a row? The only Superbowl game I see this week is Tuesday. KU was a really good warmup for our Farmageddon Superbowl Matchup vs the Wild Wildcats. They'll be ready!!!

As farm kids we used to have turd chucking fights.  Very messy,  green projectiles and bombs.  Usually one ugly winner.  This is the type of game we can win.  ISU lost in such games to Frank's fightin chickens and the ;schizo bears

K-State started at +11.5 has already moved to +10.5. Fast and hard money on cats. I think it is too large. We are just going to kill the pace of the game.

This is true, and our coach is a turd slinger extraordinaire. We got this.

Pace will be interesting. They want 70 possessions and we want 60. I'm pretty sure our cute little under 65 points on defense streak we'll end, but we could still win. However, it will take a 1.05 or better offensive efficiency to do it and that could be tough.

Lucky the don't play high pressure defense, I could see the offense get going against them. Have to hit shots.

McKay is a hell of a rim protector.  We better be up for some jumpers.

I think that we are going to get blown out but I think that line is waaaayyyyy too much. Weird?

no, not weird, it is a HUGE line for a conference game, but we probably will get blown out.

Meh. This team doesn't attack the rim at all.

In these predictions, it's important to factor in that we own Iowa State in every way.

How did K-State win at OU? Didn't watch it closely enough.

Great defensive scout and made enough plays on the offensive end. Didn't shoot its self in the foot.

This game is basically for the conf champy.  Do we win it outright or share?
