Breakfast burrito hack tip: take the tortilla and heat it on med in a skillet.  Both sides until it is hot and pliable.  Makes a big diff.

it's the easiest recipe in the world
-brown a 1/3rd bag of potatoes o'brien, set aside
-cut a pound of bacon in half, then slice it against the grain into quarter inch pieces and then brown them and set them aside
-brown half a pound of jimmy dean hot sausage
-put everything back into the frying pan and then break 5-6 eggs into the mixture stirring it the whole time, cook the eggs for a minute or two until their done
-warm tortillas, garnish with cheese, salsa, etc

Sometimes, but mixed success.  When you get it right, they are amazing.  When something goes wrong, they are yummy little hockey pucks.

baking and bakery tech are astounding. all their breads and pastries are so much better. I don't really see "biscuits" except at mcdonalds of course, but im sure they would be great at it.
