I hate that too. The gravy doesn't taste as good without the sausage flavor cooked in it.

Breakfast burrito hack tip: take the tortilla and heat it on med in a skillet. Both sides until it is hot and pliable. Makes a big diff.

do you have to do that for each individual bfast burrito? what do you do if you're making like 10 of them?

Get two skillets going, store heated tortillas on a paper plate with another paper plate upside down on top enclosing them, and cover w kitchen towel until all are heated. It keeps them warn and pliable and heating enough for 4 ppl doesn't take very long. If using for bfast, I use the 6" tortillas and have two in each skillet.

you can put them on low heat in a stack or microwave them for 30 seconds in a stack

Used to do that. Doesn't get near as good. I warm them until they get a little bit of a brown bloom on each side.

1.5 slices bacon, 1 egg, and about 1/8 cup shredded chz per is my kids fav ratio.
