I've replaced Bs&Gs&eggs for my morning occasional with salsa and hash browns and eggs. Had it this morning, pretty good, esp. with sriracha.

Every time i get it, though, i always have to walk by the B&Gs at the end of the line, taunting me.

A few weeks ago SdK and I made biscuits and gravy and eggs at my house. We put the over-medium eggs on the biscuits and then covered that with gravy. Amazing!

It was an excellent elevenses. I would have ordered another for luncheon but the Eye would surely have seen that it was not sparing use of the beast and fowl. Gotta endure all the way to Valinor.
