Post the recipe, pms.
How about you get off your lazy ass, cook a couple batches, and figure it out yourself. Good grief.

Guys, I believe that biscuits and gravy were to blame for the Greensburg tornado.   :sdeek:

That was the recipe I cooked every Sunday morning* junior and senior year of college. A classic.

I can forgive the Grand's, they are pretty tasty, and homemade biscuits take a bit of work and experience.

It's just that sausage gravy is super easy to make from scratch and is far superior to any gravy mix.
Gravy:

Step 1: brown sausage in skillet
Step 2: add flour to sausage, enough to absorb the fat
Step 3: add milk (and optionally stock), then cook down until desired consistency.

Season to taste

This guy gets it. If you don't make your own gravy, you're doing it horribly wrong. I love me some B&G, and this thread makes me happy until I saw that ingredient list... then just disappointed.

Pro tip: Sausage should be spicy or hot.

Making gravy is rewarding and it a must have skill to cultivate among true B&G aficionados, however, i can say that the ease with which one can whip up some choice sausage gravy with the product below precludes me from passing judgement on any powdered gravy users.

crap-on-a-shingle is my go-to post-shovelling-the-driveway meal.

^Also I did the math, that's the most hyphens possible in a sentence of this length (letters, words, or syllables).
