Just add some Louisiana Hot Sauce to those B's and G, and then you've got a real treat.

I love b&g, but I have a problem with then. Sometimes they are sold as sides, sometimes as main courses. The main course version is just too much of a good thing, and I never can decide what to order with the side version. Whoever suggested omelettes must be ridiculously obese.

Here's an idea: The Grant

B&G (side order portion) with bacon, two eggs and hashbrowns.

On Christmas Eve I told Mrsdobber that I was going to make some biscuits and gravy (I didn't say "sausage gravy" on purpose since it is pretty much implied that you are not going to make gravy without adding in sausage) over the holiday break. Haven't done it yet. May do it Monday morning.
Great thread.

That is called the Big B at the Corner Cafe, and it's the only thing I miss about living in North KC.

North Topeka bowling alley.  I was Optimist Club student of the month one time, and was invited to breakfast there before school.  The B&G were amazing.  I also used to get it during Bowling Class, first period.

the chef in mhk calls it the grant. their menu (old menu?) called it pretty much the perfect breakfast. at least i think it did/does. either way, i agree.

the grant is pretty good and despite the ingredient list, doesn't leave you feeling like death afterwards if you finish it

the only thing and this is splitting hairs, is that i wish it was peppered bacon. the bacon is perfect but if if they had the option for peppered bacon then the bacon would be 10 instead of 9.5 and the whole meal would be 10 instead of 9.9.

I like biscuits and gravy, but there really isn't anything you can do to improve upon them. No unusual/neat spins on B&G.
Where did you get that overnight bag?
