It was murder by cop
i pictured them going up to him afterwards and using the gun barrel to manipulate his hands away from clutching the gunshot wounds and high fiving each other
What is a cop supposed to do in that situation?
I guess I should first ask, what are they trained to do in that situation?
I simply don't understand why police officers aren't trained too utilize non lethal shots in certain situations. In this case and the dude in Baton Rouge the victims clearly weren't cooperating but they also posed no immediate threat to the safety of the murderous officers. To watch them keep pumping lead into the body of a dying man because he can't put his hands out is gross.
KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting

Kinsey’s wife Joyce told WSVN she’s just glad he is alive and able to tell the story of what happened to him. Kinsey said he was suffering flashbacks to the shooting “every time I close my eyes” and had only wanted to help his patient.“I was really more worried about him than myself, because as long as I’ve got my hands up, they’re not going to shoot me,” Kinsey said. “This is what I’m thinking, ‘They’re not going to shoot me.’ Wow, was I wrong.”
the cops forgot to kill this one.
