Bourbon & Baker tonight and boy am I already thinking about how to do this right.  Going out with a group and being ready with 3 courses of orders is pretty essential.

drink- makers and water
1st course- deviled eggs, shrimp & grits, asparagus
Pickleback shots
2nd course- cornbread sliders or chicken/waffles if not ordered or if table needs another order
Someone sneaks over to the server on their way to the restroom and orders pickleback shots for the rest of the table
3rd course- do I double-down on the deviled eggs and signal that the table should think twice before asking to split?  Probably what I do here.  Other idea might be to get the southwest egg rolls or maybe even two orders of deviled eggs and another round of secret pickleback shots.
$1 desserts from the bakery for the rotten snaggletooths who like dessert
