i make a great hornet stew. basically what you do is you use a ton of the spray on the hive and kill all the hornets. harvest the hornets from the hive then soak them in melted butter and shallots with a small sprig of thyme. slowly add flour and make a decent roux, pour in some heavy cream and old bay seasoning. stir and slowly add potatoes (cubed) and carrots. simmer for an hour until the stew has thickened. serve with hot cross buns and a cold glass of milk. enjoy today but enjoy even more tomorrow, it gets better after a day in the fridge.
