arthur brown was the best defensive player in the history of our program
i would say it was a push between him and tnew. its very close either way

i optimistically think this team can be as good as 12, but to rule it out is just silly

I'm not ruling it out. I'm saying that it's very unlikely and posting specific things they would have to live up to as reasons why. and I disagree strongly on the newman comparison. newman didn't have near the impact on games that arthur had.
I don't disagree with either of your statements
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

He thinks this team is better than 2012's? I like the optomism but there's no way.

what a rough ridin' moron this senior must be huh Pat?  I'm actually quite surprised when i hear players that think their team will be good, it's like, the nerve of those idiots.

I said I liked the optimism, but I just don't see it. Relax.

On offense, Klein is way, way better than Waters will ever be. We had two decent RB's in Hubert and Pease. I think Warmack will be good but I'm not sure if he will be better as a true freshman than what Hubert was in 2012. The whole position of RB is just huge clusterfuck and question mark. OL seems to be pretty similar to 2012, but the overall difference between 2014 offense and 2012 offense is Klein. He could actually run the ball and was a game away from winning the Heisman for christ sakes.

Defense is where there is a bigger difference imo. We had two really good pass rushers in Meshak and Adam Davis. Arthur Brown was the DPOY and our CB's, Nigel and Chapman, were very good. This year Mueller will be good, but I don't think he will be as good as last year just because offenses will be focusing on him more. We don't have another DE that can rush the passer. Our corners are a huge question mark, as Burns has never started before and McDaniel/Jackson/Moore haven't either. At safety, we have Dylan fracking Schellenburg starting instead of Zimm.

I like this year's team, but unless we have a few players come out of no where, then I just don't see how this team will be better than the 2012 team.

BITB doing the "I told you so" with Waters over Sams. "I was the only media member saying to stick with Waters."   :Ugh:

A lot of Warmack talk. "Will he be ready? Is he a capable RB against a team like Auburn? The running game is a question mark, etc."- BITB

He said: "He knows the assistants came to Snyder and told him to go to Waters full time and to stop messing with Sams. The assistants had a major role in the offense".- BITB

Taking a break and he'll come back with the LHC Bill Snyder Press conference. I'm streaming it, so it might behind live radio. There's always a delay with radio streams.

Snyder: "RB position is a mix of 3-4 youngsters. DRob understands the offense and his skill level is "appropriate""- He must suck.

To me this sound likes Snyder basically saying all of our other RBs suck so if Warmack lives up to they hype he'll be the guy this year.

Snyder asked about his mindset on the game: "It has changed dramatically over the years. We sold out. It's all about dollars and cents now. Nobody cares about the educational side of it. It's about the glits and the glitter (). He hopes a young guy doesn't pick a school based on the football program, but the great education."

I would be more than alright with a Warmack/Leverett are carrying the load as the RBs.

He's kinda pissed about how many weeks the college football season is now. He thinks it's dumb that his players are in hotel rooms as much as they're in the class room.

ultimately, I think the okie lite game cost us the MNC in 2012. Klein was pretty sketty-brain'd shoulder'd after that game.

Klein was on 810, I believe last week, and said he damaged his shoulder.
