I think the injury history will be more of a deterrent than the size factor, but both will work against him. I could see a team really falling in love with him and picking him in the 2nd or dropping to the 4/5 round if he has a poor combine or an injury pops up in the draft process.

It's this. His injury history will drop him a round or two.

TLBL is not any different than TY Hilton, IMO. Should go in the top 3 rounds.
Brandin Cooks went in the first round last year. He reminds me of him a tad. I think he'll go in the 3rd-4th tho.

That's a pretty good comp too. Both of those guys ran sub-4.4 40s at the combine. He'll need to do that too.

Does TLBL's stock depend on his bowl performance at all?  :dunno: Or is this a combine will make or break you type of thing?

TLBL, along with jordy and sproles, is a player that i have no doubts will kick ass in league. i wish NFL gm's would just save themselves some embarrassment later on and ask me who to draft in the first or second round.

Guilty as charged.   I knew we were looking at him but this was the first I had heard that we signed him.   Sweet.

This shows Lockett in the 4th rd to New England. I hate the round, but it would be a good team for him.

Wow, I guess I should be posting here now since my guy is now a member of an actual NFL team. I still can't believe it... first poster to have their guy selected in the NFL draft. I'm truly blessed to be here today along with my closest friends and family to celebrate this momentous occasion. I remember popping in to gE.com just as Wacky was starting his thread last year. There was a good chance it wouldn't take off, especially when Rusty immediately tried to squash it, but if there is one guy who is willing to keep a thread going at all costs it's Wacky. So I took a chance and selected our best player with the second overall pick. To this day, I have no idea why Wacky selected Judah Jones with the first, but that is something he will have to come to terms with on his own. I just thank him for making all of this possible.  GOOD PEOPLE DESERVE GOOD THINGS!!!!
