i wish Lamur had discovered he needed to be a linebacker earlier in his k-state career.

Wait, didn't he start as a LB and his brother was the backup QB? I believe Emanuel was always a defensive type of guy.

he didn't commit to LB until his final season, '11. played safety in '09 and '10. you are right, his brother samuel was the backup qb in '11.

Come home, Arthur. We need some linebackers.

The Kansas City Chiefs lost Derrick Johnson for the season on Sunday with a torn Achilles tendon and are dangerously thin on the roster at the position otherwise. Having only two healthy inside linebackers — journeymen James-Michael Johnson and Josh Mauga — on the roster until Joe Mays returns (he's on the injured reserve-designated to return) is not a good thing for a team running a 3-4 scheme.

As for what the Ravens might be looking for in return ... perhaps a running back? They just lost a high-profile one on Monday.

See ya Cyrus Gray

He would look great in a Cowboys uniform. They're pretty much the same as K-State's, and he looked incredible here.

From Sproles' stat line Sunday, it looks like he might get a lot more opportunities at Philly. Four catches for 14 yards, but 11 carries for 71 yards and one TD.

It's the Chiefs. They will trade Cyrus and this year's first round draft pick for Arthur, then have the most losses in the NFL. See ya Jameis and Mariota, have fun in Baltimore!

Lions OT Corey Hilliard is expected to miss the rest of the season with a foot injury.

Hilliard played 63-of-68 snaps at right tackle Monday night after starter LaAdrian Waddle exited with a calf injury. Hilliard held his own against Mathias Kiwanuka. He was expected to be the Lions' swing tackle this season. UDFA Cornelius Lucas is next man up. OT Michael Williams is on the practice squad.

So glad Sproles got out of New Orleans. He was too good for those racists traitors.

It's to bad the Packers don't play the Broncos this year I always reminisce about Jordy burning Talib.

Lamur and Newman had big days for Cincy. Newman actually led them in tackles.

He's a mountain of a man.

Also would never have guessed that both Lamur and Tuggle would be getting more playing time two years in than Arthur...
