I listen to quite a few of the Gimlet Media podcasts, such as Reply All, Heavyweight, Science VS, and Every Little Thing.

I like Reply All. I listened to Science Vs for a while, and it is entertaining, but it seems like not all that great on the science.

its my favorite go-to right now, when im done with my current events economics and politics. it also made ferris and rogan seem utterly vapid by comparison and so those are removed from rotation.

All my hipster friends are in love with Tom Scharpling and The Best Show, but I don't quite get it.
I get it now! I got over the hump and realized it was just him talking to callers. It's brilliant.

He also has a show with Julie Klausner and a fake Friends recap show that are both also great.

I feel like there is pretty much zero overlap between my podcast listens and anyone else on the board.

Dan Carlin (Hardcore History, Common Sense [now defunct]) is good. Can be difficult to slog through 5 straight hours of his intensity, though.

Used to listen to Sam Harris (Waking Up, but now I think it has a different name).

Intelligence^2. Debates on topical topics taped in London, usually featuring a globally diverse panel of experts.

Radiolab (and sundry affiliated programs).

Our Fake History.

A few constitutional law podcasts.
.
Some other random ones that have already been listed.

I literally have 93 podcasts on my feed, I usually download 8-10 hours of podcasts each week day. Listening on 1.3 speed is a godsend. Because of this mass, I haven't been listening to the bodega boys as much. Since last fall their podcasts have gotten crazy long, sometimes 2 hours. I won't listen to anything beyond 90 minutes.

The newest podcast I have subscribed to is old but amazing. It's called "A Very Fatal Murder." It's a serial parody from the onion. The episodes are only about 10 minutes each.
