Guys we beat a team better than us minus arguably our best player and bessler out the whole second half. We shut them out for 90% of the game and they were way more fit for that heat. We didn't get lucky we played and beat a better team

If shutting out a better team for 80 minutes while they get lots of awesome shots and generally kick our ass isn't lucky I don't know what is. I mean, luck happens, it isn't a bad thing.

I get parking the bus and all.  given the early goal + altidore.  But, we can all agree that we played poorly for about 75% of that game.  Poor touches, didn't possess the ball, couldn't string together any passes.  Just really sloppy in the middle.  And our fitness.  The heat?  It was warm and humid.  Like, hello, guys, the World Cup is in B R A Z I L. 

 Defense played well, tho.

yeah. the other thread just seems to lack a sense of humor imo. a little snooty with an "above it all" sort of attitude. plus pretty insecure also.

basically, sporting/soccer fans are well on their way to squawk town if they don't turn that bus around buster.
