They would. Only thing is the only people who complain about it are retards. Did you know MLS didn't have ties in its early years? It was rough ridin' awful.

One guy gets barely touched by another guy and gets essentially a free goal. Also the clock runs during the PK and they waste time celebrating. How about if you're stupid game is too lazy to stop and start the clock like a normal game, you make a rule where you can't waste time at the end of the game. Also PKs are like, way too easy.
