I think his heart is fine. He is down to 192 for his height. Plus, he has kickball.

While exercise can help curb BP, physical exertion while in stage 1 hypertensive crisis can cause a crise cardiaque :(

Too bad it's all lawyers and no doctors around here.  our guy wacky might have an adrenal or thyroid disorder and no one can diagnose him

Today I found out my blood pressure was 160 over 100 ( ). Also, they pasted these things on my chest to see how my heart was doing and they had two glitches on the scan and want me to come back in 4 weeks for something else.  However, when changing my medication today, she said, "We wanna make sure we don't make it too strong. You're still pretty young and we don't want any problems in the love department ( ). I love my doctor.

Thanks man. I'm working on it. Can confirm my mother and I are not fat. It's mainly the caffeine in take, stress, and booze in take. I have been slowing down on all of those here recently tho.

Have you considered meditation?

I'm willing to look into it. She referred some ppl to see. She also referred a specialist for that bald spot that showed up on the back of my head last year. Propecia. Man i'm crumbling the the last year of my 20's. 

Propecia will kill your sex drive.  I wouldn't mess with that crap if I were you.  Either suck it up and accept the baldness or try rogaine.

Love all the kind regards. Can assure you sex drive is the last of my worries. What I'm focused on now: no smoking, no caffeine, minimal drinking w/ diet tonic, and the same exercise and eating routine.

Thanks H^3! These meds.... OMG! I feel like my brain has been chilling on a beach all day with Jimmy Buffet playing in the background. I haven't been this calm in awhile. Mrs. Gooch, get your man on this stuff. #stamina.

I just got my lab results back and I guess I have extremely low thyroid levels. Like almost as low as it can get. This is the cause for severe depression, hair loss and trimmers at times (which might explain my fear of public speaking all of a sudden). They’re getting me on thyroid medicine, plus a fish oil and a bunch of vitamins to help me. I knew something was up, it’s just nice to know that I wasn’t crazy this whole time. I mean, i'm on anxiety medicine, thyroid medicine, and blood pressure medicine now at the age of 29.  ?
