so, uhm, wondermeal tap the brakes a little. i eat red meat 1, maybe 2 meals a week. i actually have a very well rounded diet consisting of chicken or turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread for lunch. dinner is generally chicken, fish or ramen with vegetables. snacks are nutri-grain bars, apples, oranges or sherbert. i usually grill or smoke on the weekend and i eat red meat that meal and maybe 1 serving of leftovers on sunday or monday. breakfast is either cereal or fruit.
i love red meat but excess, just like pretty much everything else in life, is bad.
