Place it here. Doubled up last weekend at harrahs at the poker table before I walked away. Give your non-sport experiences here. First hand was trip Ace's and I was too aggressive w/ it (bullied the pot). Give pro tips here.

hit on 12 against a dealer 2 every time, do it proudly, be confident, and if anyone at your table looks at you funny, remind them that you are an advantage player and that they are not.

Guys I went and played cards after work last night and had a great night at the table. For the hold em players, what is your favorite feeling you experience at the table? (Aside from the obvious winning a huge pot)
Is your favorite feeling successfully bluffing? Maybe check raising? Or perhaps playing a low pocket pair and hitting your set with an ace on board and some fool firing out in front of you?

I think for me, it's putting someone on a hand and then turning out to be correct.

I'm obsessed with diamond flushes. It gets me going. Poker is my game. For me, it's calculating the percentages in my head of what my chances are to win.

about every 2 years I get invited to some, like, office or neighborhood poker guys group that meets once a week and everyone brings a six pack or whatever and the guys just apparently play poker. my response every single time is, "I literally cannot think of anything I would rather do less than that".

What's the most satisfying way of hitting your flush, wacky? Would you rather just boom, get 3 diamonds on the flop? Or do you like getting 2 and then either hit it on the turn or river? Or 1 on the flop and then runner runner?

Honestly, getting them right away is the most satisfying. I can relax and watch people over raise on their pair of Kings and call every single time and mess with them on a few raises. But you gotta play it very patiently so they'll blow their wad first.
