I'm surprised they didn't reveal Jon's twin Meera during the flashback. I guess they're saving that for next season. Probably didn't want to steal the thunder of Jonny T's big reveal.

Nah. The show cast Meera to look like Jon's twin - they'll reveal it next season. I didn't see anything in the flashback that necessarily discounts there being another baby in that room. This one is too cool to pass up. Way better than the "Tyrion is a Targaryan" thing.

Also, the whole Kings Landing sequence was amazing this episodes. Arya? Yes. Jon T? Yes. Dany? At least she's on the move - let's get this over with. The best season finale yet? I say yes, even with characters magically teleporting all over the map.

Nothing discounts that there is another baby in the room other than the fact that they only showed and referred to one baby being in the room 

Maybe they were trying to hide the other baby from Ned in the style of Luke and Leia?

How could they hide this when Ned and Howland have to hop back on their horses and ride away?

Well he was 15 when he fought Brandon stark and that's like a few years before tower of joy. He would have been 20ish, Jon's current ageish.
