I see that none of you tasteless burbarians have watched the important and beautiful artwork titled "Fortitude" yet.

especially now that the harsh winter has come for you, I prescribe it as must watch or else.

Fortitude was great, watched it a while back.  Would have even better if I had watched season 1 and then season 2, but was still pretty good when I accidentally watched season 2 first.  Damn you amazon prime.

If you have not started watching Dark, do yourself a favor and give it your balls/vag.  Need more goemawrs to discuss it with.

Great story with tons of suspense. Excellent acting/characters. Good music throughout.  It's a German series so there are subtitles.

If you do jump in, I would highly recommend devoting your full attention without distractions, as the story has a lot of moving parts and it can be easy to get lost.  Definitely not a casual watch.

I stand by my comment. Subtitles are better if  the only thing I'm doing is watching a show, but that's rarely the case.

If you rewatch Curb Your Enthusiasm there's a ton of appearances like this. Stephen Colbert had a pretty nice part and I remember Craig Jackson and Mindy Kaling off the top of my head

yeah it's fun to see young comedians getting a role in a comedy, but not nearly as surprising as seeing LMM in the sopranos. i thought he came up through the theater and didn't know he was ever in tv

I watched the first two episodes of Godless and about three quarters through the second episode I finally realized the bad guy was Jeff Daniels and I couldn't stop thinking about Dumb and Dumber and the second episode was also really cheesy so I'm not sure if I can keep going.

I have one episode left. It's not great, but at this point i have to finish it.

This isn't the ringing endorsement I was hoping for. May bail.

The last two episodes were really good. You could jump in there and not really miss much. There are so many well shot scenes, but I love western scenery though.

End of the rough ridin' world getting 100% on rotten tomatoes is the funniest thing ever. Just shows how bored binge watchers are that are actually caught up with good shows. Don't waste your time.

Also, you know what's a surprisingly funny show? The Andy Griffith Show. It popped up in the Netflix family reccomendos and I laugh out loud a lot w/ my kids.
