After a medium rare steak the next best thing is a perfectly cooked chicken breast. I'm going with poultry on this one.

Have you ever had a perfectly cooked smoked pork tenderloin?

Yea. Ok, I change my mind again. Pork it is. That pork belly right after we pull it out of the smoker

This is so obviously and easily seafood that it's not even fair.

Seafood is too broad.  What if it were limited to fish?

Chicken is boring and flavorless unless you add seasonings.  Obviously pork is in the running cause sausage and bacon and pulled pork but ham is rough ridin' disgusting.  Seafood however...

Chicken is pretty flavorless but that helps make it versatile with seasonings.  I think the pork people are just looking at highlights of the meat but that would get old night after night.  Seafood/Chicken are way more versatile.

When someone tells me they're a vegetarian I give them a  :sdeek: face. I think I'd rather die than not eat meat.

Even though I really like seafood, I rarely eat it since we are in the Midwest and good seafood is hard to come by. Not having it at all wouldn't be that big of a deal. I eat pork products all of the time. If you took those away from me I'd be lost...

A perfectly seared tuna steak will give even a filet a hell of battle #teamCfood4life #fishRfoodNOTfriends

Cuts of pork like tenderloins or chops are just as lean, if not leaner, than chicken.

So when you say "Seafood", do you only mean food from the sea? Like, fresh water fish can't be eaten? I wonder if that changes any answers?

I have a 5 pound pork loin in the freezer. We should have RM cook it up and we can eat it.
