About 4 years ago I did more than a 30 but that was prime college drinking and there wasn't a contest. Today I'm thinking I could do 35ish Busch lights in a 24 hr period. I think the way to do it is hit a morning tailgate starting at 6 and go as hard as you can all day staying standing and playing games/drinking water. Pass out for 4-5 hours late afternoon then get out partying late night to cap it. The crowd of ppl you were with and the excitement of the game that day would be major factors to the tune of +/-6 beers.

if were talking 3 pm cats game and im at the tailgate by 9 am, I could throw back a solid 15 beers. cats win big 12 champy? there another 20 beers.

sunny and 90 degrees... no wind. lots of fun people around at a tailgate/concert festival.

probably 35. two per hour for ~15 hours (i would have to concentrate on keeping that pace and not rushing it) and throw in five random chugs/bongs.

I would say then adjust how much you can drink based on that.  It's very straight forward and you aren't lost at all so don't say that.  Having said that, you may walk around the area of the chair if it makes you feel better.  That's totally above board, but you must remain on what we're calling chair island unless you are going indoors to crap.
