This type of stuff makes me want to go back to school and then move to NASA or something.  Would be a pretty awesome thing to be a part of.

Pulsars are incredibly interesting.  They are usually 10 to 50 km wide and are more dense than our sun.  The supernova that caused the pulsar is even more remarkable (look up the Crab Nebula M-01).  I have heard about companion stars and this diamond white dwarf is freaking awesome.  Cool article!

Little out of the norm for me but this is pretty sweet. FYI if you don't like blood and stuff don't watch. It's not bad at all, and I have no idea how this is even possible.

It's a video of a complete heart transplant. Just incredible that you can cut someone's heart out, put a matches heart in and it works.

Did you guys see the faster than light travel thing last week?  Talks about creating a special space-time bubble around you and moving the bubble.  Theoretically, those in the bubble would feel no movement.  The article explained the theory and noted that a big break through was found in the math that would take the required power to do this from infinity to the entire consumption of power in the US in one year.  No link, on phone.
