They should consider doing something like Allen High School.
Maybe KU should just build a new stadium around the hill. That way everyone at the game gets to see the hill the entire time. And just imagine the home field advantage a football field on a hill would provide. Charlie would probably need to get the Rascal out of the closet for the postgame handshake, though.

beems sure does love him some tunnels and tiny hills. I don't recall ever having heard someone sell a hill as any sort of attraction. Tunnels are great though imo. So much fun.

You guys aren't being serious. Kstate AD has lapped KU and it hurts us (in the long run)
