An NIT championship or a loss in the second round of the NCAA?Losing in one of the play-in games of the NCAA would be better than not making the NCAA and winning the NIT.No

Wanting to win the NIT over being in the NCAA Tourney is pretty dumbassery logic. But hey, we're all entitled to our own oppinions.

I like to travel to the games. Maybe you'd like the home games cause it's right there for you. Which I understand, I guess. However, on a national stage, no one gives two craps about the NIT winner. There's a special kind of magic spark that comes in me come March when I see my team on the bracket. It means anything could happen and that's exciting for me. I could give two craps less about beating some pud teams at home, in a half pak'd f00d.

And yea, traveling to Pittsburgh to see us lose opening round sounds super fun.
Do you think winning the NIT would benefit this young team more than an opening round NCAA loss?

NIT bids shouldn't even be accepted. We lose money on them, and they do not help recruiting.
