He personifies the problem with the GOP. Like, all the R's at my Thxgiving and xmas family get togethers were saying that Christie was "the man" because he knows how to get elected. That may or may not be true, until now. He's a fat rough ridin' slob that personifies the entire Republican party.

Wow. Really? Worse than, say, using the IRS to target your political enemies? Worse than repeatedly lying and bribing senators to ram through your crap sandwich signature legislation? I could go through a whole litany of thuggish political moves Obama has made - but obstructing a bridge is "the worst."

Anyway, can't disagree that what Christie did was thuggish - and he's full of crap trying to blame his aide - just like Obama's Sergeant Schultz routine.

Most republicans, however, got tired of Christie a long time ago. He's a self-aggrandizing RINO who's unelectable to boot. It was fun when he was trashing the unions, but a serious presidential contender?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Thank you for making my point. Quite a "conservative."

Hopefully recovering from the previous eight years. :babywillie:

LOL that this is even a scandal. The "investigative reporters" have already spent more time on this than the IRS political targeting. Oh my, a traffic jam!

Rogue employee. At least Christie fired the responsible party. Obama puts them on paid leave then elevates them to a better job as a reward.

Unless it's proven that he knew, this will go away, and could be an asset for the way he handled it.

Yes. If not for the whole 91 year old dying thing (and I mean, let's be real), this would be a stud prank to pull.

Should he take full responsibility and resign?
