Hey guys, MLS doesn't really get me going that much (except watching Yedlin for the Sounders
) but I'm thinking of choosing a Mexican team to be a fan of. Suggestions?
Here are ones I'm considering:
C.F. Pachuca
Founded in 1901, so they aren't some Johnny Come Lately, and they finished 6th last year, which is pretty good but I don't feel bandwagony about them if they are my team. Also, I love their Shield!
Puebla F.C.
This team features our very own DeMarcus Beasley! Plus the city of Puebla was founded in 1531, which is very long ago, and I find interesting.
Queretaro F.C.
This team has a great shield, and is a real up and comer. I like that they were sent down to the lower division in 2013, but came back up. I hope they stay good, and people appreciate that they overcame obstacles to get on top.
So guys, what do you think? Any other teams I should consider?
This will be MY favorite soccer club moving forward, so this is important. I will follow their record root root root for them.
