dobberette was selected for Challenge team after tryouts this weekend.

guys, I love my daughter, but I was pretty surprised she made a team. I am very happy for her, though!
After she got the call, she said, "I'm better than dobber jr." (in that sing songy voice)
dobber jr, who was very encouraging to her throughout the process, then kind of turned into a brat and said, "You wanna go outside and watch me score 30 in a row on you?"

toddler dobber said he wants to play soccer, too.

dobber jr was asked to play in a 3 on 3 tourney this month, so that will be last dobber family soccer update of the summer until fall season starts.

huge signing for ny also for mls. the league really needs to continue to build relationships with the european leagues and make sure their players see MLS as good option for themselves as they get along in their careers.

Man, there are a lot of tuck butthurt losers in the SKC fan circles over Villa and the assumed Lampsy signings by NYCFC. Some calling NYCFC cheaters, some saying this is bad for the league and the image, etc... These fans are going to BID real hard when DP spots go up to 5 from 3 and the cap gets softer and softer in the next three to five years.
