Don't get the Black Harts ref, but the Black Hearts is a fantastic team name.

Their mass transit system is called MARTA. The super racisty people call it Moving Africans Rapidly Through Atlanta because 80% of the riders are black. The Braves are moving to the suburbs and they listed lack of parking and the nearest train stop being nearly a mile away as reasons for the move. The place they are moving to is now 10 miles from the closest MARTA stop then there's this

Quote
Cobb County’s new Republican Party chairman Joe Dendy makes it perfectly clear why the county refuses to allow convenient mass transportation options into the area (emphasis added):

“It is absolutely necessary the solution is all about moving cars in and around Cobb and surrounding counties from our north and east where most Braves fans travel from, and not moving people into Cobb by rail from Atlanta,” Dendy said in a statement to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

So why doesn’t Dendy want Atlanta residents attending games of the team bearing their home city’s name? Because the move isn’t about Atlanta Atlanta Braves fans in the slightest.

Though he didn’t come right out and say it, it’s clear what Dendy means: he -- and a majority of Cobb County residents -- simply don’t want Atlanta’s urban black population to making its way up to Cobb County.

Atlanta itself is a majority-black city, with 54 percent of the population identifying as black. The Summerhill neighborhood surrounding Turner Field has an even larger black population: 89 percent. For many white, suburban Braves fans, the neighborhood surrounding Turner Field has never been particularly appealing, despite the fact that Summerhill boasts a lower crime rate than most of urban Atlanta.

Anyway the right answer is White Flight FC.

Idk where the new ATL Falcons/MLS Atlanta stadium would be, but tapping into the African-American market would be so HUGE for the MLS and Atlanta franchise. Also I think it is sad and dumb to isolate such a big group of fans and possible ticket customers like the Braves did. I don't know Blank's or the Falcons' track record but I sure hope they don't do crap like that.

I really like Ellis but Anibaba, Abdul, Sinovic, Myers, and Dia are enough at the fullback position. Assuming Dia and Abdul pan out. Also Igor could be coming back.

I want a developmental team not in Garden City to put these late round picks and up and coming youth guys. John Currie and USD 383 should be on the phone with Robb about building a mini SSS and small training facility in Manhattan to house SKC2, KSUWSocc, and MHS Soccer.

That's what OKC is for. PDL teams seem to be made of college and Academy kids.

OKC is just a partnership I want my own thing, or a USL Pro team and have it in Manhattan.

If/when we make a USL Pro team, it will be in addition to GC's PDL team.

shut up sunny and get on board with a mini SSS in MHK for an SKC PDL/USL Pro team, and the Lady Cats SC.

Roaddron details

Quote from: Sean Dane
Sporting Club and Sporting Kansas City are happy to provide our supporters with free away game tickets. In order to help as many people as possible, we will hold each request link open for approximately 6 weeks. We will start taking requests 2 months in advance of the game and close the link 2 weeks before the match. The Sporting KC front office and supporter group leadership will work closely in monitoring the ticket requests and do our best to accommodate as many of them as we can. However, due to the various venue capacities and ticket prices, some requests may not be granted.

There will be a slight change in procedure for the 2015 season. Rather than having everyone fill out their information every time they wish to request tickets, they will have to fill out their information one time at the beginning of the season. Once you register for the Away Tickets program, you will be issued an identification number. To request tickets throughout the season, just enter your ID number and any additional comments that you have. Every individual aged 18 and over must have an ID number to request a ticket. Anyone under the age of 18 can have a ticket requested by someone with an ID number by mentioning it in the comments box.

Please follow the link provided to register for the 2015 Away Ticket program. Once you have received an email confirming your registration and providing your ID number, you can register for the game(s) you are interested in. Please note: if a person requests a ticket and does not use it, future requests by that individual may not be fulfilled.
