Chum1, have you consulted with gE BBS blog medical expert Dr. Spaceman? I know from personal experience that he has run 50-40s once upon a time so he may be able to advise you on how to proceed because I don't know what tibia means.

tdaver. How was the eggnog? I have heard a lot of weird runner types say that they love drinking thick chocolate milk after running really far. Why? Is it more awesome than drinking chocolate milk regularly?

Never done the thick chocolate milk or any chocolate milk after running.  Seems weird.

Nog is a family Christmas thing.  Running beforehand just allowed me to enjoy it guilt free.

My initial diagnosis was correct.  (I love the internet!) So, I get to ride the stationary bike until I can run again.  yay

The goal of the first one is to finish.  Nothing more.  Time is wholly inconsequential.

reminds me of my one and only half marathon, my member started hurting part way through, but I was just, welp it probably hurts because I've never run 13 miles, then after the race I went to pee and the tip was bleeding from bouncing around so much, :sdeek: Anyway let that be a lesson to you to invest in some good runners underwear!!!

Band-aids on the nips are fine. I prefer Vaseline, though. Also the Manhattan Running Company store sells Nip Guards.

Yeah. That seems insane, right? It looks like a lot of fun but idk if I'd pay $130 for it. Apparently it's pretty standard for marathon rates to be $100 or a little more. Which is crazy and terrible. Can any pro runner confirm or deny this?
