I really have no idea why so many of our fans think we should be in the NIT. There's like a .05% we finish at .500, if that.

I don't think people want to face the fact that this could very easily be our worst season since 2003. It most likely will in terms of straight wins and losses, and it has a chance in most ranking systems.

Ellis, Hart, Martin, and Dez all shot over 34% from three.

Are we assuming Marcus is playing? We have lost 20 ranking in Kenpom since Marcus suspension. Without the suspension I think their is a good chance we would have continued to trend up. But I think it goes back to this team just being a mess.

Wooly's last team is so hard to judge, played way too many close games. I think it is important not overate to close games. But it comes an issues with the human eye and IMO mathematically if that is what you do.

They have been a head in every big 12 game in the 2nd half but two. KU and Tech where we closed it to one point than melted down. It is so weird.
