how bout that self titled Danzig album (Twist of Cain, Mother etc). Very blues, but with the little guy's evil weirdness.

Scandinavian Black Metal, eh?

Although I wouldn't count them as personal favorites, they certainly belong on any "essential/most important" metal list (along with Darkthrone).

Bought the first Bathory LP in 1985. Still a great listen.

Gimme some Tsjuder tunes and I'm good to go any day of the week.

Is this suppose to be particularly impressive or heavy or something? While not exactly terrible, it certainly didn't melt my face off or anything.
