you signed up in the past? i'm guessing  you trying to start a new account with an email address that's already in their system.  try logging in and updating your account to the monthly billing option.  it's on the right hand side of the screen underneath where it lets you link your account w/ your facebook/twitter,etc

I figured it out...will just have to sign up for a brand new account.  I have to sign up as Michael instead of Mike and it works.  Also, won't let me change my email address in my old profile....that is about right for KState-o.
