That's a pretty quick hook there for a lost dementia guy.  Two days and already giving up hope?  I would think the best case scenario for a several days missing safe return would be a lost confused grown man driving around in a burgundy minivan.  Not much of a car jacking target.  If he had crashed and been injured someone would have seen it by now you would think.  Kidnapping?  Not likely.

Why not provide a last known location or destination?  It all seems so half-assed.  Yet as mc points out she has maximized her prayer output.  I mean she's really got the ts and ps firing on all cylinders.  There is more than one way to skin a cat, which is gross and confusing to me, but people say it.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

Have you guys ever met anyone with severe Bi-Polar?  One of my friends will go manic after quitting his meds and be missing for a week or so doing God knows what.  Dr. Welch seems like his going missing didn't catch her completely off guard which would say bi-polar or something similar to me.

I guess in that case, there's really nothing to tweet about. He's bipolar, this happens all the time. *shrug*

Not familiar w that, but I used to work with a guy who had drug issues.  His fav thing to do was relapse into using, hop trains to Colorado, get as drunk and high as he could, then come back after a couple weeks.

Same guy tried to make his jeans into cut offs one hot day with a box knife while wearing them and ended up almost cutting an artery in his thigh and going to the hospital for a bunch of stitches.

I want to work where CNS works.

Plus "dementia" sounds a whole hell of alot better than "severe psychosis brought on by a mental disorder".

So strange

What that it only took 16 days to utilize her tweeter reach for finding her possibly dementy husband rather than crack Pelini jokes?  I'm not seeing it, rus.

maybe it was sudden-onset dementia? Maybe he had a 15 day supply of medication when he disappeared? I guess there are lots of potentially reasonable explanations.
nope. we're plum out of potentially reasonable explanations. this is officially completely rough ridin' weird.

Do bi-polar people get random bouts of dementia?

And, obvs, if this happens all the time, u don't say things like "losing hope for his safe return."

In my extremely limited sample of one friend, he will do fine for a year or two and then get feeling really good and think he doesn't need his meds anymore.  He will either hit bottom (depressant) or go manic.  Severe manic can bring on psychosis which I think is kinda like dementia.  Of course I am purely speculating on a couple twitter messages and my experience with a friend I see every couple months.

If this place was Reddit(sp), this bi polar dementia guy would already be found and three others accused of being him!

You go a long time without even hearing about dementia and now errbody at KSU's got it.

Anyone else recall her and Fitz firing off some mama's basement type jokes at (well, not really @, just the usual talking bad w/o @'n) at goEMAW'rs a while back?

I kind of enjoy speculating as to what might have happened to this woman's husband?  Hell, we've got about 100 pages speculating on why Snyds isn't starting Sams and I've never met either one of those guys.

I think she killed him, personally.  Probably chained to a cinerblock at the bottom of Tuttle, if I had to guess.

Remember that Chad Rodgers guy that disappeared running and they found in a porta potty?  Went round and round with a coworker speculating.  She thought he offed himself because he was secretly gay, had been bad touched, something like that.  I thought he was out for a run, wasn't feeling well, and wen't somewhere for privacy, and died.  Turns out Emo is pretty good at guessing what happened in situaishes like this.

That is what I figured happened to Rodgers too, but never did hear the final word on that.

valvular heart disease I think

Well, so wtf happened to this sorry sob?  Predict already.

I'm going to hold off on a prediction until the details come out that allow me to retroactively say I was right.

(Really I just need more details before I throw something out there.)

You're worthless at this.  Not cool to lie about things you can do.

I did (seriously) get the runner guy one right.  I didn't guess chronic health issue, more of a heat stroke/over heating/organ failure/crap his guts out, but I think I was close enough?

I'll read the next two pages of this thread and make a prediction.

maybe some pictures would help.  I mean, FB lets you add pictures, right?

Do we need to keep adding criticism until this thing is done right?
