Bill is going to throw this game so his buddy Mack doesn't get fired. Waters 12-30, 215 yds 1TD 3INT's....Sams 3 carries 35 yards, 1 TD
I am going to make a thread on shaggy about this right now...should offer comedic value. BRB

Alabama has 15 National Championships under 5 coaches, UT has 4 under 2
Lets be real...half of the ones before saban have been AP national titles that they claim as actual ones.

1. This has been addressed
2. Is there a typo in your sentence, everyone claims AP titles as national titles because that's the final poll used to award them.

If Mack beats KSU OU, all will be forgiven and Rick Perry will name Sept 21st October 12 Mack Brown Day in Texas.

No doubt they really want the OU W, but let's be real.  Even though they all hate losing to OU, they can rationalize it.  They can't wrap their head around why they continually lose to us yet have accepted it as some life-just-isnt-fair-and-God-works-in-mysterious-ways thing.  They would kill to own us and split .500 with Bob, and this is what they should be doing.

#2 is exactly my point. Theres plenty of years that theres more than 1 national championship before 1995. So 15 isn't really that impressive.

I just don't think Texas has enough talent to beat us. Mack is a fantastic in-game coach, but he just isn't good enough to beat LHC Bill Snyder with his pud players. Now, Bob Stoops has shown a vulnerability to Mack in the past, and I could see Mack pulling the upset against them because the talent gap just isn't quite as large.

Could you imagine how many yards Sams could run for against Texas if Bill would let him.  :D

Not sure if serious

While KSU is beating Texas by a couple scores..Bob Stoops is beating Texas by 50...and it'll likely happen this year too.

Bill understands that he controls Mack's fate with this game. If he plays Sams the whole game we likely win by 30+, Mack gets fired at some point during the season which will lead to his inevitable divorce. Then comes alcoholism and bankruptcy and next thing you know, Mack is living on the streets of Waco while Art Briles and Baylor are celebrating another B12 championship.

Mack has a much better winning percentage against Stoops than he does Kansas State. I mean Bill beat Mack a few years ago and decided to have the grace to only throw 6 passes. You just can't win like that unless you are better at OL, DL, LB, S, CB, RB, QB, TE, FB, P, K, and LS. Bill has been recruiting a monster up here in Manhattan, and it's no surprise that Mack just can't compensate with the shitty talent he has to work with.

I doubt it. Our D shut down Lafayette and Texas has looked pretty similar offensively.

Bill already threw the NDSU game.  Not sure he throws 2 in one year.

CTR tickets on StubHub have dropped about $buzz in the last couple days. I expect them to continue plummeting.

BTW, if you're curious about going and want to sit in the purple sections, the visiting fans sit in sections 120-123 and then one lowly guy on the lower level, Section 32.

SB- we are in 32, group of 11 cat fans around rows 36 and 37

Me and my younger EMAW brother will be in 109.

This would happen....

 Dear Bill,

I just wanted to send you a note telling you well your team played Saturday night in Austin. They are always tremendously coached and played as hard as any team in the country. That is a credit to you. There was time around here when a win over Kansas State did not excite people as it was expected. You changed that dramatically over the last ten years (I've got all your letters to prove it ha ha:) ). Best of luck to you and the Wildcats for the rest of 2013 and I hope to see you in Manhattan next year.

 Sincerely,

 Mack

For anyone who's considering making the trip, do it. StubHub is having a rough ridin' fire sale right now compared to what they were two weeks ago and it's only going to get better in the next two days.

Me and 5 buddies plus all the lady friends.  I know there are a couple casual lurkers but dont think we have any full time posters.  Either way we will be having good times.
