Opium for the pain. Symptoms will probably go away eventually. Or not, you won't care though.

Herniated disc. Not as bad a an eye hernia. It can heal itself if you take it easy. If you start to feel numbness, go to your local welder and have him fuse C5 and C6. Eff the quacks! #welders

I think you are dead on about doctors and chiropractors being scam artists. Dentists are good people, though.

When you sleep, try to stay on your back and bring your feet back so that your knees point at the ceiling. This will make the pain go away while you are laying down and you will feel somewhat better the next day.

I had a BAAAAAAD knee-to-knee collision on the court and it kind of messed up my ligaments and stuff. I've been pretty much out of commission for about a week and a half. Did yoga yesterday and today feel like I'm ready to play.

Having some numbness in my hand today.  I might be dying.  Will try sleeping with knees pointed at ceiling tonight.

If the numbness in the hand persists for longer than 2 days, I'd cut it off. What good is a numb hand anyway?

Tried.  Didn't work.  It did make me slightly more flexible though which is all yoga has the power to do.

it strengthened your core, too. And probably helped your damaged knee.

It's Carpal Tunnel.  Tilt your keyboard so that your fingers are pointing down'ish while typing and don't rest your hands on the keyboard while typing.

anything that makes you more flexible makes you weaker.  and, 33, you're going to need all your strength to fight off this backache.

Took a few breaths and I can't tell.  Feels like probably my chest, like where the lungs are.
