also the best function on the internet is the "alert" function. like if someone quotes your post or you're tagged in a post you get a alert at the top of the screen, click on that alert and there is a drop down that you can see what thread it was in and click that and it will jump you right to said quote.

The thing that used to be at the top that would allow you to 1-click open a tweet/facebook/etc. box to share a thread.  Or have there be multiple ways to share aside from email when you click SEND THIS TOPIC.

Also maybe have a 1-month or so dead period where the board's shut down from everyone else or at least from anyone else posting so I can go back and read the 200 pages of unread topics.

Guys, my twitter suggestion wasn't how to make stuff here easier to tweet, it was a suggestion to have a running window with the tweets that mention certain relevant topics, hashtags, @'s, etc show up on this blog.
