at this point, the question of whether or not KU wins a conference game this season has been answered.  assuming ku sticks with weis, they won't win one next season either. 

after next season i fully expect ku to fire weis, but by then the program will be in such complete disarray, it won't be fair to expect a new staff to be able to come in and gain any traction for at least 2 seasons.  so maybe their next conference win will occur in 4 years?

it can already hear KthUg fan talk about how badly their former coach left the state of the program.

I know a couple ku alum who told me they are very seriously considering just scrapping football.  Talks are very preliminary and hush-hush but the damage it's doing to the school's reputation is pretty significant and they are well aware that it is virtually impossible to win at ku.
