If Baylor had anything to play for this would be a completely different game. But they've already made the championship game and they have no hope of making the playoff no matter what happens, so they are just playing with house money at this point. If they had anything to play for, ku would be up a touchdown, at least

I don't know if I can stand to watch anymore of this.  Baylor has every backup player out on the field and still scoring.  Even the commutators are saying the squawks need to run the ball with all the inceptions Baylor is getting.  Since they are sending half the defense in the backfield to catch QB passes.  The LOL is killing me.
Hot time in Kat town tonight.

Looks like they’ll finish 86th with a 64.26 rating in the Sagarin rankings. They finished 93rd, but with a 64.31 rating last season, so does that mean they were actually worse this year? or are the blue wings rising? Still think Betty just needed more time.

Of note: 6 nu logos in the top 24, including Cats U. 90% of teams 53rd or better... then there’s KU

KU football for the Decade of 2010's.  How did it go?

UPDATED:

1.  21 W's and 99 L's (17.5% winning percentage)
2. Outscored 2308 to 4461.  Point differential of 2,153.
3. Longest winning streak was 2 games (did it twice).
     i. 2011 over McNeese State and N. Illinois (McNeese is a FCS school)
ii. 2018 over C. Michigan and Rutgers (both teams finished seasons with 1-11 records)
4. 9 Power5 wins in the decade.  Only 1 team* ended season with a winning record TCU in 2018 was 7-6
*Boston College is 6-6 going into their bowl game so could be 2.
5. KU won 6 Big 12 games at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence going 6-37.  K-State won 6 games at Memorial Stadium going 6-0.  LHC LHC Bill Snyder is the Head Coach who won the most Big 12 games at Memorial Stadium.
6. KU averaged 16.5 points against Big 12 opponents.
7. KU allowed 40.9 points against Big 12 opponents.
8. KU went 6-83 against Big 12 competition.
9. The 21 teams KU beat has a combined record of 99-156 in the season KU won (39% winning %).  Boston College still has one more game.
10.  KU was 2-51 on the road in the decade.  Beat Central Michigan (1-11) and Boston College (6-6)*

Quite the decade for KU football!  They do have Miles to Go.  Also, Beaty's 2018 team gave up an average of 35 points in Big 12 play; Miles' 2019 team gave up an average of 42.

probably an even better shot at 100 losses in a 10-year span next season, there aren't three wins here: https://fbschedules.com/ncaa-2020/team/kansas

The numbers are incred.

Also, they’re playing a road game at this next year:

If that doesn’t explain the status of the program, I don’t know what does.

That’s a generic Texas HS football stadium and nothing you can say will convince me otherwise

You can't really tell in that pic but the field is teal.

The 'hawks should take a Chanticleers pinata with them in case they win for the locker room celebration.

Didn't want to start a new thread for this nugget, but I believe that we've become just the 6th major college program in CFB history to have a sub-.100 conference winning percentage over 10 seasons. Here's the list of (dis)honor:

1. Western State, 1926-35, Rocky Mountain Conf. - 2-50 (.038)

2. Kansas State, 1943-52, Big 6/Big 7 - 3-52 (.055)

3. U. of the South (Sewanee), 1931-40, Southern/SEC - 3-46 (.061)

4. Kansas, 2010-19, Big 12 - 6-83 (.067)

5. UTEP, 1975-84, WAC - 5-65 (.071)

6. Duke, 1999-2008, ACC - 7-73 (.088)

So would it be accurate to say that KU lost more conference games in a 10-year span than any other team in history with 83 losses?  And the next-closest contender only lost 73?

That would appear to be accurate. Every team is on equal footing here because they all played their entire conference schedule for those respective years. KU is just a lot better at losing more games than any team in history.

Lol that would be both hilarious and sad if they lost their borderline senior citizen coach after a single 3-9 season.

The rumblings are it’s medical related which probably isn’t surprising to anyone who has listened to him talk for more than 5 minutes.
