Yeah, while I like the move to get Les, Chip was a disaster. To be fair, however, being a OC under Gus has to suck.

Likely depends on testimony from eye witnesses. John Randle seemed to skate for an earlier alleged battery charge until a reliable eye witness did him in or at least got him kicked off their team for good.
