Also can we discuss how much genius went into this announcement? A small donor gathering at The Well, in June, has national writers discussing KU football. That, on top of our recruiting buzz, is changing the perception of this program. If Beaty can string together some wins watch out.

Two quick thoughts:

1) Announcing a timeline for renders of a renno does not inspire a lot of confidence in how much $$ you have.

2) Announcing a timeline for a render and doing a project in phases is a very smart move if your a financially deficient athletic program; probably a good move for KU.

Hopefully they're able to sort everything out.
