Glad to hear they're renovating. Hopefully they'll upgrade those awful bathrooms so it doesn't take 20 mins to pee in a trough. Looking forward to a complete aesthetic overhaul too. Wonder if they will bring capacity more in line with the crowds to improve the atmosphere & make it more intimate. That could be nice.

KU would benefit from a smaller, 42,000 person stadium similar to Amon G. Carter with more amenities to keep butts in seats during down years.  If they get good then demand and prices will increase.  I don't think a 55,000+ stadium would benefit them.     

Exactly. Maybe a small roof that takes out a few of the upper rows. Maybe even have an upper concourse. You could lower the field then too if you want. Would make a more intimate environment.

Quick background: A couple weeks ago my company flew me out to our east coast office to help with the training of some new hires. I am NOT in upper-management, but I'm good at my trade and as such they like to have me work around newer employees. Anyways, while I'm out there I hit it off with an employee at a company outing. She's a cute blonde - fresh out of college. We kissed, nothing more. Anyways, we've been texting and she just nonchalantly drops this bomb on me:
