Why are KU fans so butthurt over an innocent coincidence of stats of a K-State PR/KR/WR and a former KU RB?  Jeez...
They have nothing else to talk about football wise

Hey I give it up to Kstate fans they represent better than KU fans. If you drive through JOCO its times you see more Kstate garbage on peoples auto's than KU plates, tags, decals etc,. And KU has about 2/3 times the fan base in the area that kstate does so that should tell you something.

Wyandotte and Leavenworth counties is the only decisive advantage in KC area where you see more KU plates on autos than Kstate, and its about 10 KU for every kstate one you see, I think JOCO's KU fans need to step it up, no way you should ever see just as many kstate plates on autos as KU's. I know its kinda knit picking but that bugs me.

I heard Lockett was on the same plane to Lawrence with Harbaugh. A+ source.

It was a crowded plane. Pretty should PAC 10 (at that time) commish was aboard with keys to the conference.

the "almost had" beliefs are the best because basically Lockett, the Pac 12 and Harbaugh said "lol, no thanks ku"

They were actually all begging KU, but their administration messed it all up.

Also, the blueprints for the new football stadium the Pac-12, SEC, NCAA was going to build for them were on board.

They've put out a bid to widen the Tarmac at the Phogistan Fantasyland Airport.

Fake.  Dax is not using his best technical language here, and the word on the street in Lawrentucky is that the runways are MORE than adequate for their cropdusters.

Actually the local road paving company has a bunch of extra asphalt that they need to dump, and will give a discount on the roller rental to smooth it out.

Rumblings that they are using a re-purposed track.   Light weight craft only, though.

Stadium Situation & some Wishful Thinking

IS there any chance that it's taking so long because we're not trying to attain the capital for a multi phase renovation and instead they're aiming for a completely new stadium??  I know there is a a lot of nostalgia with Memorial but I've seen some of the renovation numbers and they're not that far from what it cost Baylor to build a brand new stadium..

How in the hell does little brother have an relatively new basketball arena and a newly renovated football stadium?  We're in the $100 million dollar club, where is the money going?

Do you a different kind of money for a new facility than for renovating and improving an existing facility? Interesting thought.

If Mizzou hadn't forced changes to the conference's tv revenue sharing, how deep into the hole would football be dragging the entire AD? Did they lose some basketball revenue with those changes?

The reality is a brand new stadium is what's best for them, but if that was the plan why take the track out?
