Our bowl opponents are like a who's who of college football.

I just did the math on this guys...

Basically we just need to beat Notre Dame and bama to become the greatest team in cfb history.

The Michigan loss even was historic as, combined with Notre Dame's Pinstripe Bowl win earlier in the day, vaulted the Irish to the all-time lead in winning percentage over U-M, 0.733 to 0.732.

If K-State football is so great, why do you guys talk about KU football 24/7?

it's simply because Kstate football isn't all that great.

Since 1993, Snyder has 94 wins and 49 losses in conf play.  66% win clip.  And since 93' he is 65-25 vs the current members of the Big12.
There are a lot of teams in BCS conf that would love to win 2 of every 3 in conf action.

As far as KU goes..... for me it is just funny I guess that Ku has all of 3 conf wins in the past 5 years.  It was a long long fall from the 07 success, and I know there were a decent amount of fans that thought Charlie was gonna at least get KU back to being mediocre.   So far that hasn't happened.     If Ksu hoops were to lose 2/3 of the conf games for 2-3 straight yrs, there would be a good percentage of KU fans that would be smiling from ear to ear

Just think how angry you would be if K-State was 7-44 in Big 12 Conference play over the last 6 years.

Talk about BID, this board would look like Hiroshima.

OMG, could you even imagine this place?  I would rather sixty-nine a grizzly bear while shoving king kongdaddy( :horrorsurprise:) up my ass than to live through something like that.

It's not hard to see why their stadium is probably the worst in the country.  How do you fund raise for that mess?

Could parade Charlie Weis around to the donors having him give his opinion on the pile of crap and then pass around the hat? :dunno:
Would anyone donate to that???  :dunno:

Who knows?  They are willing to make a guy the 2nd highest paid public employee in the state of Kansas to drive out to find the best head football coach and return with the guy who refers to his team as a pile of crap.

Ku has now been dead last in the big 12 for five straight seasons.  As big of a joke as we were in bball under wooly he never once finished last.  It's hard to do much less five straight times.

I saw Charlie Weis in Lawrence on Friday morning. He was at the Dillons on 6th and Wakarusa sitting in the open air Cap Fed.  He looked fat and very tired.  Was in fact propping himself up with a shopping cart.  Was say 11 am or so.

think there's going to be an announcement soon regarding upgrades/renovations to memorial.

they brought in one of the big facility companies that did renovations at Texas and Ohio State(who both had tracks, apparently?)

hoping for track removal + gameday improvement and not expansion.

No reason for "expansion." No one goes to KU games. A move to an open field with folding chairs would be a better option. For night games, surround the field with cars and illuminate with headlights.
