Travis Green is 2nd on the depth chart for strong safety.

Source?

That's not how the spring ended.

Hasn't stuff like, happened since then?

Yes, however OBz depth chart changing since then isn't one of those things unless, of course, there's been a serious arrest that hasn't made the news.

So, you've actually seen Snyder's latest depth chart? Can you share it with us?

Yes.  It was shared with all on April 28...

You should've taken better notes or not been so drunk that day.

HTH.

I do not think Chris Brown made it to town?  At least the roster indicated he is not here :dunno:

Little birdy tells me that Mueller, Nash and Dowling will see time inside on passing downs next to Britz and combo of Seiwert and juco (can't remember name). Same birdy told me last year that Davis and Meshack would combine for 15+ sacks and 25+ tfl, which made me come on here and say we would have a very good pass rush......same little birdy tells me Mike Moore will fill Tuggles shoes quite nicely as hybrid rusher.

Birdy thinks they will be better than what people are anticipating....Says Bryant will be better than Davis as pass rusher with ceiling higher than Meshack.. Says if Dowlings knees hold up, he will be a very pleasant surprise...thinks rotation will keep guys fresh and healthy entire season....Nash, Fiaunu, Mueller and Bryant will be best 2 deep @ DE since Snyder return......starters won't match last years this fall but as group will be better 2 deep

Likes potential at inside spots...Said Britz worked his ass off in the off season and made great strides....Hood still working on technique but talented...doesn't think Seiwert will have quite impact as Britz but will see field.....said Gates has to get better conditioned and be consistent...Reed got better in spring and is hoping he gets sense or urgency to push effort every snap...

Birdy likes potential in jucos but he reserves judgement until pads go on.....and he thinks one of freshman DE could see time and believes Moore will actually make more plays than Tuggle did.

Compared to ANY linebacking crew that includes ABjr, this is probably true.  However, I believe that our DL will be better than last year and because of that, will make our LB'ing look pretty solid because of the fact that opposing OL's won't be able to release to the 2nd level.

Those two should be game changers/stud bosses...  With that said, guys that size can't go every snap so we'll need to get serviceable production out of Hood, Reed, Gates and Siewart.  If we do...

I bet Blake Slaughter starts the whole year as well.

The defense was 1st in Big 12 conference scoring last year giving up 23.3 points per game.

This year I am thinking

1. TCU  18 points per game

2. Kansas State/OU/ISU/OSU/Baylor all hanging out around 24 points per game.

7. Texas  27 points per game

8.  Tech  32 points per game

9. KU      36 points per game

10. WVU  40 points per game

I think overall scoring will be down in the Big 12 this year due to mass exodus of Quality Quarterbacks.  We are not going to be as good as last year but I think TCU, Texas and probably OSU are the only teams that will be better overall than last years teams.

Texas 7th in defensive ppg? No

Well they were 6th last year so I don't see why this is so far out of the realm of possibility.

Wallace says Chris Brown and Dakorey Johnson will both be here early next week.  Also, didn't realize Brown sat out last year.  He claims to be 320 right now but wants to play a little trimmer.

There was more raw talent on the field in the spring game, albeit inexperienced raw talent.  Also, HCBS says we are deeper & have a chance to be better up front.

I'll defer to his opinion at this point.

We could possibly be better at DT.  I don't see any way we are better at de.  Meshack was named big 12 defensive lineman of the year and Adam Davis was pretty  good too.
