Is every goddamn key and peele sketch centered around making fun of black people's names? So damned cringe and unfunny.
Sorry, I wouldn't have posted it if I thought you would see it that way. From my perspective, he's making fun of white people that don't know how to pronounce black names, not the names themselves.
You have nothing to apologize about but yes, that's sketch 8,637 that they're making fun of ethnic names. The premise is the substitute "taught school for 20 years in the inner city." He's used to names with extra vowels, consonants, and apostrophes so when he sees "normal names" he can't properly pronounce them. It's crazy how many sketches they have with the same premise.
