yeah 6A kansas only studs. true story, in a game my senior year i never once stepped off the field during the first half. i was on offense, defense, punt, punt return, kickoff, kick return, FG.

At the larger, powerhouse schools it really just depends on the coach/region. For example, Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas and Hamilton in Arizona are in highest classification in their respective states and almost never play guys both ways. Hamilton did last year with Cole Luke (Notre Dame) but people say that was one of the first time they ever played a guy both ways. At some other powerhouses, especially in California, guys play both ways all the time. Whoever said it was rare in Texas was right, but it seems really common on the west coast for some reason.
