How many FCS National Championships would we have?

Why can't we chose more than 38?  Have there only been 38 FCS/DivPud championships in total?

Need this clarified before I can vote.

38 is the maximum you can win

Is there a sub-state equivalent or something for these natty championships (i.e., a natty tournament, Final Ranking #1 in Oil and Gas Magazine, and Fargo Moorehead National Champions, etc.) so that we can count two or more championships per year?

That was a really rough ridin' great december, actually. We had a Heisman Trophy finalist and one of the best teams in college football.  It was a lot of fun.

 And I bet Snyder would flip his non conference scheduling strategy,knowing that losing to an FBS school would have no bearing on getting into the FCS tournament he would schedule all FBS teams for non con, but we would win them all.So not only would we have 38 FCS titles we would be something 152-0 against FBS schools....and he wouldn't schedule puds like KU and Colorado State

Answer? Doesn't rough ridin' matter, because you haven't moved up.

This is the real answer. If you are crushing FCS schools and you are too big of sallies to move up to big boy football, who cares?
