"You've never won a big 12 tournament."  Why can't I say "us" then?  I'm not using it as if I were on the team, and nice "Francis" insult.

Start a thread about how awesome your december was with Klein in the Heisman running, then losing it followed with ESPN hyping up the Fiesta bowl, and then losing it.

As disappointing a finish to a season as that was.....I'd take it every day over any # of FCS "titles" that nobody outside of your drunk state  :drink: would ever care about.

I bet 85% of above average sports fans have absolutely no idea who played for the Division 3 championship last year.
That's great.

99% of college football fans don't know what bowl kstate played in 2011

If you poll 100 college football fans, how many could name at least ONE team from the 2011-12 Cotton Bowl?  Now of those same 100, how many could name ONE team from that year's Division 3 playoff?

Them bragging about winning D2 or whatever they won is the equivalent of KU fans bragging about their Women's Track title.

I know of a great national college football board.  It's called TMB.  Why don't you head over there, start a thread, and ask two questions:

1) Who has won the last 2 FCS championships?
2) What bowl did KSU play in last year?

And see what kind of answers you get.  Also make sure to start a thread introducing yourself.

Here, I'll do the math for you.

First, we'll have to take the number of NC's you've won at the FBS level. Then, we simply multiply that number by 6 (the highest amount of NC's any individual FCS team has won) because FBS is clearly that much more superior than FCS. This will be the number of NC's KSU would have won at the FCS level. We get a whopping.... hold on... I'm doing the math...

0.

0 is how many NC's you would win at our level. Seriously, if you take away 22 scholarships and your recruiting advantage due to being in a "big boy" league and stay in Manhattan, there is no way KSU outbids teams like NDSU for recruits.

obviously its been called different things and stuff but lets really get down to business here. weve been a dominant football program since the early 70s and won a lot of big games but the truth of the matter is weve been snubbed by the computers and writers and other people who vote for so long we havent gotten a chance to win a national championship. so... hypothetically speaking, how many fcs championships would we have won in our programs history if we had started out in fcs and never moved up to the big leagues? i hear a lot of talk around here about fcs championships and what they mean so ill give everyone a chance to chime in.

ill hang up and listen off air.

Doubtful. The Fargodome has a far better chance of being louder. I believe we reached 130 db's once during a game. I am going to bet LKDSFJLKJFHFHLHCBS's team has never got a crowd that loud because it's near impossible with an open air stadium.

True story. It once said "LOUDER!!!!!!" on the LHCBSFS jumbotron and it got like, super rough ridin' loud.
